How Do I make a reservation?
From the list of our
selected hotels, choose the hotel you would like to stay in and click on the e-mail button
at the bottom of each page. Please indicate clearly the name of the hotel, the number of
adults and children in tour party, the duration of your stay and the room types (if
known). When we receive your e-mail, we will send you a notice of acceptance. If you do
not receive the notice within the next
48 hours, please re-submit your request.
Do not use
several reservation systems at the same time. Our server is Paris's main hotel server, and
we'll try to reserve hotel accommodation for you at the most competitive price. Several
reservations, if logged in at the same time, increase the price of hotel accommodation as
they reduce the number of free rooms available.
Can I make a reservation directly with the
hotel?
You can,
but the prices displayed on our server are available only through our service. If you make
a reservation at the hotel directly, you will be charged 20% to 50 % more.
What
if I am afraid of sending my credit card information on the net?
We always
recommend faxing us your reservation request. Please fill out the reservation form
completely in balck ink. Print it out and fax it to our central office in Paris +44
(0)207 4309600. Please remember, we are unable to make your reservation without your
credit card information..
