Please make
reservations in advance for all bookings, arrivals or departures.
For either we need your arrival / departure time , flight n°, and
airline company.
We also need your credit card details to secure your reservation
(your credit card will NOT be debited). Please pay the driver
upon arrival by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or in Euros ($US
eventually). Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the
service.

ARRIVING IN PARIS
PROCEDURE
As we follow the flights on the Internet, we know at what time yours
has landed. If you are early, a driver will be there to pick you up. If
you are late, the driver will wait one hour for you. After this time he
may continue to wait, but if he has to leave, we will already have sent
another one to pick you up.
In any case, you must call our toll-free number 0800 247 227
(0800 AIR CAR - no card or change needed) while you are waiting for your
luggage to inform us that you have arrived. Our drivers are instructed
to wait for you at the following pick-up spots :
Roissy CdG Terminal 1 : Departure Level - Exit 16
Roissy CdG Terminal 2 : Hall A, B, C, D, F - Arrival Level - Exit
8
Orly South : Exit M - Orly West : Exit H |
The driver will be waiting for you at the pick-up spot on the
arrival level. The vans are silver and have "Airport Connection"
signs on them.
LEAVING PARIS PROCEDURE
IMPORTANT : If you book your return through our service you
must allowe one hour for the trip to the airport. We will send you your
pick/up time with our confirmation (depending on the time of your
departure flight and your address in Paris).
